We also dig deep into D.C.’s chance to remake more than 200 acres of federal land in Southwest.
That would include demo-ing the hulking Forrestal Building, reconnecting the Mall to the Wharf, and creating several new mixed-use neighborhoods. (See my Axios colleague Mimi Montgomery’s story about it.)
